Listening requires restraint

What NOT to do

  • Do not take dreams literally.
  • Do not search for fixed meanings.
  • Do not rush toward conclusions or decisions.
  • Forcing meaning too early distorts the signal.

What to pay attention to

  • Emotional tone.
  • Bodily sensation.
  • Repetition over time.
  • Direction of movement, such as approaching, avoiding, stuck, or releasing.

The right question to ask

Not “What does this dream mean?”
But “What is shifting right now?”
“What wants attention, not answers?”

Reading signals is about orientation, not interpretation.
